The Asterisk is kind of a big deal around here. We really like to identify our “W*K” by the 5-pointed star that separates the two letters.
When we merged into one co-ed Camp in 1986, our name got “wicked” long. After several years of debate, the community decided that the asterisk symbol would best represent us as one Camp – not a hyphen, nor a blank space.
The asterisk has come to be a big part of our identity – setting us apart from other camps.
