What’s this LODGE you keep referring to?
The ‘Lodge’ is their group. Campers are assigned to their ‘lodge’ based on the 2023-2024 grade they have just completed:
- LODGE 20: PreK (enrolled in or completed)
- LODGE 21: K
- LODGE 22 & 22A: 1st or 2nd grade
- LODGE 23: 3rd or 4th grade
- LODGE 24: 5th or 6th grade
What do I do if my camper will be absent?
Please call the Camp office at 508.362.3798 to let us know if your child will be absent from camp.
What if someone other than a legal guardian will be picking up my camper?
Please call our office at 508.362.3798 with the name of the person. This person must show photo identification upon arrival at Camp and before picking up your camper.
What should I do if my camper is sick?
For the safety of all of our campers and staff at W*K, please keep your child at home if they are not feeling well and call the Office at 508.362.3798 to let us know.
If during the course of the day your child is seen at the Health Center for any reason, you will receive a phone call from one of our Health Center staff. Health Center phone: 508.362.1975.
Can I send snacks with my camper?
Please do not send your camper with any snacks. Camp W*K provides lunch and delicious snacks throughout the day.
