Wingate Kirkland counselors live in bunks with campers and offer 4 instructional periods each day. The campers choose their schedule daily, and our counselors can vary their offerings daily. We provide great training and support to empower our staff. What results is young people who have the confidence to try new things, and come up with new ideas, even if they don't work out perfectly. Rather than trying to fill slots, we're searching for special people who want to help build a community. Our environment is supportive and friendly, and your growth and challenge at camp are key to us.
