Campers and their families are invited to join us at Camp for Memorial Day Weekend as our guests. Eat in the Dining Hall, participate in activities like tennis or softball, and even sleep in a bunk!
We strongly encourage families of first-time and veteran campers to join us. The weekend is an excellent opportunity for first-time campers to learn their way around Camp, meet some new friends and get comfortable before they arrive in the summer. Members of the 2020 Camp W*K Staff will also be in attendance to lead Planning Session, offer periods and answer questions.

|Get Here!||Friday, May 22, 2020 after 4pm|
|Back to Reality||Sunday, May 24, 2020 after 830am breakfast|
Registration information for Family Camp Weekend will be sent in the Spring.
What should we bring? Sheets and blankets, or a sleeping bag for everyone in your family, pillow, towels, long sleeve shirt and long pants (for Saturday night’s campfire), a raincoat (even though it never rains at W*K!), a flashlight, toiletries and any personal sports equipment, like tennis racquets, baseball gloves, fishing rods and tackle, bathing suits and refillable water bottles. Note: please make sure that toiletries do not contain nut or sesame oils.
Where will we stay? We are delivering a full camp experience during Family Camp Weekend! If you have RSVP’d to stay with us at Camp, you will be assigned to one of our bunks. All of our bunks are equipped with two bathrooms, two showers and electricity!
What will we eat? Camp will take care of all of the food. We will serve dinner on Friday night, three meals on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. Camp is a completely nut-free and sesame-free environment.
When should we arrive? Please plan to arrive after 4PM on Friday May 22nd. After you park in the Parking Lot, please come to the Office and we will help get you to your bunk so you can settle in before dinner and stretch your legs! Dinner will be served at 6:30PM Friday night, followed by an evening activity. You are welcomed to arrive later on Friday night however. If no one is in the office when you get here, call Will at 508.341.3798 and we’ll come get you! If you won’t be arriving until Saturday, please join us at 8AM for breakfast in our Dining Hall-just follow the path straight through the covered bridge toward the water and the Dining Hall will be the red building to your right.
What’s the schedule? (I like to plan!) The entire weekend is designed to acclimate your camper(s) to W*K life. (For returning campers, it’s bonus time!) We will have group games and activities, Planning Session, free time with your family, and an opportunity for new parents to spend time with Sandy, Will and “returning” parents in order to ask questions. In addition, there will be delicious meals, a chance to meet some W*K staff, a Saturday night campfire and terrific weather! The full schedule will be available at breakfast on Saturday morning, which starts at 8AM. If you can only join us on Saturday, we’d love to have you at breakfast but if that’s too early then please plan to arrive in time for Planning Session which will begin at 9:15AM sharp in Pearl B (to the left of our covered bridge-you’ll hear us)! Family Camp Weekend ends after our 8:30AM breakfast on Sunday.
What does WK need to know before I arrive for the weekend?
1. W*K is a 100% nut-free and sesame-free environment. In order to keep everyone safe, please do not bring outside food into camp and be sure to tell us if you or any family member has any dietary restrictions or allergies, i.e. lactose intolerant, vegetarian, etc.
2. If you are changing your arrival day, the number of people in your party, or you decide not to come at all! Also, if you decide to stay at a local B&B, please tell us immediately so we can change the Bunk Assignments!
What does the Weekend cost?
It’s free, except for the cost of you and your family getting back and forth to Camp!
